Do you have this bracket and the original Ultrex trolling motor? If so, this is the correct stabilizer.

If you have a Ultrex Quest or the newer style 360 mounting bracket with 8 mounting holes then you need this stabilizer:

If you have a Humminbird dual targetlock bracket or BBT dual targetlock bracket then you need this stabilizer:
